Hi i got a monk and its all pretty much ready to go (almost). Just a question with the armor, Ive got 60 def Armor with 5 -75 runes on it, Is there anything else i can add to my armor that would help me?

you could do it in starter armor if you chose too. prot spirit is the only thing that will help u in any way.

Do u have the -50hp cesta from simon the scribe quest? You need that. Then you need the right bar. Which there are tons of bars that work. Some better then others. I wouldn't suggest the mo/d anymore since the mystic regen nerf. It will still work just won't give +10

Ive only got 30 energy atm, Still got to buy a totem axe

You don't need essence and balth spirit really. 1 or other is good enough.(for most things.)

I suggest this OwEU0ynC3KFgseRkvpEgiUeA It is a basic 55 build for uw using bonetti's defense. I have used this bar to tank 25+ enemies. I am sure there are better ones out there but it is basic.

I don't want to push you to far ahead or anything but here is a simple 600 bar if you ever decide to try that OwUTMmHD55uqFrHRkIAAReoPAA

Right i got to 20, Im using my 55 build for the trolls on NM, But seems when SoJ starts to run out i start losing health an eventually die.. health regen is +8
